Our workshop is designed to be both an informative and enjoyable experience, and it will help you to begin to develop the level of commitment and self confidence to achieve success.

Reis Sources is a cooperative of talent from the modeling business whose purpose is to provide newcomers with the information they need to get started in this profession.  Our Seminars answer many questions you will have about the modeling business, and will help you avoid the confusion, obstacles and time wasting mistakes you might otherwise encounter.

What You'll Learn:

  • How do I get started?
  • What is it like to go on assignment?
  • How to deal with stage fright?
  • Runway, print and catalog modeling
  • What are the tools needed to break into the market?

Reis Sources will explain the tools of the trade and provide you with the information you need in a friendly, noncompetitive environment. The seminar provides hair and makeup consultation, instruction in runway technique, assistance with portfolio assembly, and expert advice on other critical aspects of careers in modeling.  Classes are small (15-20 students) and participants will have an opportunity for lots of one-on-one consultations with photographers, models and makeup artists.

In addition, you will learn how to contact agencies and casting agents.  Informational guides will show you where modeling work can be found in the Boston/New England market.

For all of the above categories, hourly rates depend upon the assignment and the model's experience.   The goal of Reis Sources is to provide training, one-on-one consulting, and successful placement for aspiring newcomers.
